Evolution/Revolution of Foils

While many developments within the International Moth class have made the boat go faster, nothing compares to the revolution that foils brought to the class. It started with a bunch of guys in Perth playing around, and has resulted in more thqan doubling the speed of the class. The International Moth now easily beats an 18 foot skiff, an A Class cat and just about any other around the buoys high performance boat. Trying to describe to someone what a foiling Moth is seems almost impossible without showing one in the flesh. At least you, with the pictures and videos on this website, may get an idea of what this revolution means.
